Veo eSIM reserves the full right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

Services provided through Veo eSIM are offered "as is" and "as available". The company makes no express or implied warranties regarding performance, quality, or suitability of the service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of the information they provide.

All payments must be made in advance. All amounts paid are final and non-refundable once service execution begins, except in the case of a proven technical issue on Veo eSIM's side — such as an eSIM malfunction.

• If the user chooses not to use a purchased service, refund requests will not be considered.
• Veo eSIM bears no responsibility for incorrect or mismatched payments.
• It is the user's responsibility to confirm all order details and payment amounts before completing the transaction.

Veo eSIM shall not be liable for any financial, commercial, or moral damages resulting from use of the service. In all cases, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Veo eSIM bears no responsibility for any delay or interruption in service resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters or widespread internet or communication outages.

• Veo eSIM reserves the right to request user identity or documents at any time for regulatory or security purposes.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older, or have legal guardian consent.
• All Veo eSIM packages are valid for single use only and void if not used before the expiry period.
• Any unauthorized access, tampering, or manipulation of the service is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Veo eSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service immediately, without compensation, if any violation of these terms or misuse of the application is discovered.

If a user initiates a refund or financial dispute with a payment provider without valid legal grounds, Veo eSIM reserves the right to immediately suspend service access and take legal action.

All intellectual property rights, content, materials, and services provided through the Veo eSIM application are the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Resale, redistribution, or reproduction of any part of the service without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

If a dispute arises and an amicable resolution is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

In case of discrepancies between the Arabic version of these terms and any translated version, the Arabic version shall prevail as the official legal reference.

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Customer information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law or necessary for proper service execution.
